Sharon Garfield opened Traditions in 1992 which has been located in Park Road Shopping Center in Charlotte, NC since 2000.

As owner of the business, Sharon spends most of her time in the store helping customers and doing data entry.

As a former flight attendant and furniture salesman at Crate and Barrel, Dave's customer service is impeccable. As our floor supervisor, he handles inside sales and special orders. Dave excels in his knowledge of upholstery and loves to share it with the customer.

Her reputation for accessorizing has made Olivia a popular choice for design needs. Having interned at Traditions during her senior year at Olivet University, she returned almost eight years ago as staff designer. There is no bookcase or cocktail table that Olivia can't beautify.

Sarah joined Traditions in 2008. Modern classic defines her style and her list of clientele continues to grow. A versatile designer, Sarah specializes in adapting her skill set to the customer's needs.

From floral arranging to repairing scratches on furniture pieces, Wayne exceeds at all. He can manage the floor at the same time he decorates for the holidays. A real gem and our most versatile employee.

After shopping in Traditions for many years, Kristin Hobson joined the Traditions team two years ago. One of her main duties is to bring George, the furry Golden Retriever you see hanging out with us. Kristin handles all the merchandise displays. social media, and helps out wherever needed.

Michele has been in design for many years, and she has always shopped for her clients are Traditions. While she loves a monochromatic look, she really enjoys using color and texture to bring a space to life.

Heather James is bookkeeper fro Traditions. She is a familiar presence, having been at the store for five years before taking a four year hiatus. Heather returned earlier this year and stays busy managing day-to-day operations.
